Book Your Visit
Sign up online or give us a call. We'll talk through your dog's breed, coat, and needs and give you a ballpark estimate.
We Pull Up
On appointment day the van parks in your driveway and plugs into an outdoor outlet you provide. We bring everything else.
Groomed & Home
We confirm a close estimate once we meet your dog, then groom one on one. When we're done, your pup walks right back inside.

What the Van Needs From You
The van is fully self contained for a complete professional groom. We just need a few simple things.
A Parking Spot
Room in your driveway for the van to park.
An Outlet
Access to an outdoor electrical outlet for the van to plug into.
Rabies Records
Proof of a current rabies vaccine, a certificate or vet bill, not a collar tag. Upload it in your client portal.
Your Dog, Ready
Have your pup inside and ready when we arrive so we can stay on schedule.
Mobile Dog Grooming FAQ
How much does mobile dog grooming cost?
Every dog is different, so pricing depends on breed, hair type, coat condition, size, length, and temperament. We'll give you a wide estimate over the phone and confirm a close estimate in person when we meet your dog, before we begin. No surprises.
What towns does Billy's Mobile Grooming serve?
We're based in Sutton, MA and serve Millbury, Worcester, Grafton, Northbridge, Oxford, Auburn, Douglas, Uxbridge, Shrewsbury, Leicester and nearby Central Massachusetts towns. Routes vary by day, so give us a call if you're just outside these towns.
Do you groom cats?
Our mobile service is for dogs only.
What do you need from me on the day?
Just a spot in your driveway for the van, access to an outdoor electrical outlet, and your dog ready to go. Every dog must be current on their rabies vaccine, and we'll ask for records if we don't already have them on file or in your client portal account.
How is scheduling handled?
Appointments are routed by area, so availability varies by town and day. Call or request through the client portal and we'll find a time that works on a day we're in your neighborhood.
How do I pay?
All forms of payment are accepted. Mobile credit card payments, including text to pay, are preferred. Tips for your groomer are always appreciated!
